High hopes for R.I. small businesses as culinary incubator prepares for opening
WARREN, R.I. — As construction work on Hope & Main roars to completion, founder and president Lisa Raiola can see the finish line of her five-year marathon to get Rhode Island’s first culinary business incubator up and running.
For the first 36 entrepreneurs, whose 28 food businesses will be nurtured and grown within the walls of a former schoolhouse on Warren’s Main Street, the journey is just beginning.
