The blues won’t last for long with The Backyard Blues Burger on your plate!
Start with a perfectly grilled burger and top with INK Sweet Tomato Jam a couple minutes before you take it off the grill. Finish with crumbled blue cheese and 2, ok 3 strips of grilled thick cut bacon. You heard that right, we said grilled bacon. Just give it a couple minutes on each side and then move it to the top rack to finish.
Start with nacho cheese or a nice Mexican blend, add some broken tortilla chips tossed in some glaze, and pile on the Wholly Jalapeño. If you’re feeling adventurous, add a dab of Sour Cream to finish it off.
